Overall, great experience rooms were clean, necessary items. E were three females with one king and two twin beds we could’ve used a mini fridge and Hair blow dryer more shampoo and a scale to weigh our luggage. The airport. Transportation is a plus and a bonus. Great choice breakfast included was OK. Will stay again

The room was great. Tv needs American channels especially if they are part of the tourist area. Nobody really speaks English so it was hard to translate. The lights were off half the day with no WiFi and no phone services. The WiFi wasn’t as strong.

Hotel tequila is very good and comfortable. We only stayed there one nite and it was great. We did not eat there as we took an uber to downtown puerto Morelos. Very convenient close to airport and all we could ask for on a budget. We would go back

It was a very bad experience in this hotel. I did not complete my first night. I had to move to another hotel and pay twice for two different hotels and they did not return my money that I paid them. There are no workers in this hotel except a man who seems like a cleaner who does not speak English. There is no Wi-Fi in the hotel. There is no lobby. The hotel area is full of lizards. This hotel is located on a main street where the sounds of cars are very annoying. I did not find even one good feature to mention here, so I do not advise anyone to book and stay in this hotel because the pictures are not reality.

I wouldn't stay here.

We had an emergency flight cancellation and got stuck overnight, spending hundreds of more dollars and unable go get to Cancun until the second day. Communicated with hotel and hotels.com immediately, just after cancellation policy. No one got back to me. I'm being charged anyway. Also communicated upon arrival with both hotel and hotels.com. At some point, we have to be human beings and be understanding, and I will never stay here again, and don't recommend it for a variety of reasons, and don't recommend booking a place with hotels.com and Expedia. Very poor service all around.

Do not stay here.

Do not stay here. Communication is terrible. COULD NOT FIND THE PROPERTY and was not able to contact the property directly (because they did not answer the phone). Arrived after midnight and took a cab to the middle of nowhere, based on the hotels.com map and ended up paying more in cab fare than the price of the room. They would not provide a refund. Absolutely would NOT recommend this place.
