Overall, great experience. We traveled with my elderly parents and were pleased with the accommodations for walking places around the property. Ramps everywhere and the stairs were broken up enough to not cause a problem. Our rooms were clean, though they are starting to show their age a little. Sliding doors a little hard to close, etc. We loved the food and drinks! We've stayed at several different hotels on hotel row and this probably had the best food. Bar tenders down on the beach were so great! The poolside food every day was exceptional! Our one complaint would be only having one fairly small sized pool. And the fact that it was loud, very loud at the pool all the time. Would be nice to have either a second, quieter pool, or to not have blaring loud activities and/or music all day.

We stayed here over Christmas and the hotel was fine. If you consider yourself a “foodie”, I’d choose somewhere different. We tried many of the restaurants and didn’t eat a single meal that made us want to return. The beverages were also watered down and the house wines were undrinkable. Outside of the food, the rooms were comfortable and the activities around the pool were enjoyable to participate in / watch. We also had a couples massage that was excellent. We would not return as we’ve stayed at better all inclusives in the area.

Wonderful courteous staff. Extremely attentive. Wonderful place for families. Great food. Absolutely crawling with children nearly 24/7. It was the week between Christmas and new year’s which is the busiest of the year. But we did not expect the frenzy of constant activity. Luckily we were desperate for beach which was gorgeous. In hindsight I would have chosen an adult’s only resort and tolerated the drunks
