We stayed here over Christmas and the hotel was fine. If you consider yourself a “foodie”, I’d choose somewhere different. We tried many of the restaurants and didn’t eat a single meal that made us want to return. The beverages were also watered down and the house wines were undrinkable. Outside of the food, the rooms were comfortable and the activities around the pool were enjoyable to participate in / watch. We also had a couples massage that was excellent. We would not return as we’ve stayed at better all inclusives in the area.

Wonderful courteous staff. Extremely attentive. Wonderful place for families. Great food. Absolutely crawling with children nearly 24/7. It was the week between Christmas and new year’s which is the busiest of the year. But we did not expect the frenzy of constant activity. Luckily we were desperate for beach which was gorgeous. In hindsight I would have chosen an adult’s only resort and tolerated the drunks

Terrible food and drinks... Would not stay here again. Dirty room. Apparently after they build the new resort next door this place will get a well needed update. No exaggeration the ceiling was literally falling down after raining... Room was gross. Sofa was so disgustingly stained. No idea how the reviews were so high for this place. I feel cheated.

The hotel is very old (40 years old) and smells of mold. The restaurants don't have air conditioning. There are no robes or slippers in the rooms. The food is unvarnished and the same every day. The entertainment is incredibly poor, and the drinks are incredibly cheap. I don't recommend it; this hotel urgently needs renovations. One pool is too small for a five-star hotel, and there's no jacuzzi.
