The staff at this Resort are fantastic! There is always someone to ask you if you need anything else, checking on you, always on top. Very attentive. The room was incredible. The food choices are fantastic on-site with 5 restaurants to choose from within the resort. The beach is a 10 out o10, clear water, glass smooth and white sand. I would not hesitate recommending this place to anyone looking for an all-inclusive resort in Cancun! Not a single complaint and exceeded my expectations!

I can’t wait to go back to Sunscape! The staff is incredible!! So kind and helpful. They made sure you’re aware of everything on site, restaurants, activities within the resort and outside of it. Housekeeping is fantastic! Everyone made sure you felt comfortable and amazing hospitality; I can’t stress enough how great all staff members are. I’m already looking at when I can go back!! Also, food options are wonderful!! Buffet and menu items! Love love love Sunscape!! Only 15 mins from airport, too!!

The hotel it self is nice if you are looking for a family friendly place. We found it very boring because there was only one pool, no hot tubs unless you pay for the spa and limited events for adults. Personally we will not be coming back but if we had kids maybe. I also wish you could take your food to your room :/

This hotel was amazing! The staff was really good, the restraints were really good too. One thing I always feel my hotel is missing is tacos, and this resort had a taco bar everyday which was really good. Amazing place with an amazing beach!

The food was surprisingly very good. So many good options on the property. I never had to go outside for dinner lunch or breakfasts. The staff never harassed me for anything, super friendly. I loved the room setup for the junior suite. I absolutely loved the tacos for lunch everyday. I always had 5 or more everyday! Drinks were amazing. Honestly one of the best vacation values close to everything nearby. Definitely looking to stay there again!
