Room was not ready on time room accom not as requested in reservations we payed for king got two full beds personal items missing from room and lugage was searched constant presure to buy timeshare and restaurants had no room for guest which resulted in 2 to 3 hr waiting lists for diner trully disappointing experience

Check-in was a lengthy process. Had to use the front desk to check out as well. The property was in good shape. Leaks in the roof after the heavy rain. They patched damage on the inside but not sure the roof was repaired first.

My sister and I had so much fun visiting Cancun and this resort made it so special! The service here was outstanding from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. I didn’t choose this resort for the activities but the sport team, particularly Gloria, Jesus, and Luigi made it incredibly fun and memorable. We truly enjoyed all the dining options, only feedback here would be a vegetarian option in the food carts by the beach and pool would have been great to have, but outside of that the food was good. Again, service here was outstanding, we especially enjoyed our time with Louis at the Azul restaurant. The room and facilities were amazing and we cannot wait to come back.

Staff was amazing. Room was ok, bed wasn’t comfortable. Housekeeping did an awesome job, went in every day & fully stocked fridge, replaced towels & made the beds. Beach was beautiful. Restaurants were good. All in all it was good experience for it being our first time.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Dining at night was a bit stressful because they don’t take reservations, but they put you on a waiting list. We wanted to eat at 7:00 but couldn’t get in until 9:00 with the waiting list. Some nights were better then others. Other then than that, we really liked to hotel and activities. Food was delicious and a lot of variety. We especially loved the food by the pool and on the beach for lunch. Staff was very accommodating. Room looked nicer in the pictures. We stayed in the master suite and it was lacking a bit. Needs some updates.

Overall the property was nice, however it doesn’t look like what the pictures portray. The rooms are lackluster and sort of run down. We also requested an oceanfront room when booking and we ended up in a lagoon view over looking the kids pool and the busy/loud street. We said something to the front desk and they said they’d look into it but never did. We look forward to visiting Cancun again, but would not stay at the Wyndham Alltra.
