The staff at this Resort are fantastic! There is always someone to ask you if you need anything else, checking on you, always on top. Very attentive. The room was incredible. The food choices are fantastic on-site with 5 restaurants to choose from within the resort. The beach is a 10 out o10, clear water, glass smooth and white sand. I would not hesitate recommending this place to anyone looking for an all-inclusive resort in Cancun! Not a single complaint and exceeded my expectations!

I dislike how targeted we were, they’re following you and harass you to join their vacation club. Can’t even walk peacefully between places before you’re harassed and followed. Our room had a leaky toilet, maintenance “fixed it” worked for a day or two then back to leaking. The place is run down and old. A person in our party got food poisoning, one of our adventures got cancelled due to sargassum. The majority of the stuff is very friendly and helpful which is nice. Food choices were good is just a lot of health “violations” I would say. Like flies in the food, food not at the correct temperature and some not cooked properly. If you use Expedia or other similar site you’ll be singled out as a cheap one with a sash announcement across your door notifying everyone you tried saving some money. I would not stay there again.

Generally just ok. Property a little old. Our rooms faced the road and it could get a little noisy with cars passing by. If you have small kids, may be ok but with older kids, the activities in hotel is not at all attractive or fun. Night activities are boring (or none) except the magic show but there was no air con so you watched while sweat like crazy. Most serious was no water supply for a night from like before midnight to next morning around 8am. No flushing water, cannot take shower or brush teeth…. Imagine if you have to get up for an early morning excursion ….

Your website shows “ocean view” as a total ocean view. But when we got to our room we had to lean over the balcony and turn our heads to look over to see the ocean. Our view was of the other hotels the street and the lagoon across the way.
