The staff at this Resort are fantastic! There is always someone to ask you if you need anything else, checking on you, always on top. Very attentive. The room was incredible. The food choices are fantastic on-site with 5 restaurants to choose from within the resort. The beach is a 10 out o10, clear water, glass smooth and white sand. I would not hesitate recommending this place to anyone looking for an all-inclusive resort in Cancun! Not a single complaint and exceeded my expectations!

My stay at Sunscape was amazing. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I was there for only 4 nights, the staff made me feel at home. Freddy is responsible of the winery, he is so nice and friendly, he made us a reservation at the Italian restaurant. He set the table up so nicely, the food was delicious. Everything was exquisite. Kiko is also very nice and informative. They have a kid’s poolside and slides. My niece had so much fun. Me and my family had a great time.

I was just here for a few days with my boyfriend as a last minute trip. The staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. The place is a bit dated, but you can see that the staff do their best to keep everything super clean. There are a few restaurants to choose for night time dining. They include an Asian one called Azul that is a buffet during the day. Azul definitely surprised us with how delicious their sushi dishes were! They also have an Italian spot called Viaggio’s. We had a server named Martin that was very attentive and kind to us! My boyfriend has the chicken parm. He highly recommended it! I had the seafood pasta dish which was delicious too. If you’re craving some authentic tacos or chicken sandwiches that were grilled, look no further than near the pool area! They serve it fresh every day. The one downside of this place was that we knew it was kid friendly, but we didn’t realize how kid friendly it was. There were moments when we had the night time events and there were kids just running amok.

This is an old property, noisy fridge in the room, air condition system. No enough lobby bar spaces neither spaces for seat and drink, everything it’s in front of the front desk. Lack of staff for restaurants and air condition isn’t working in any of the places. Waiting for the dinner for more than 1 hour unless you buy a bottle of wine.

The staff was nice but the beach was horrible. Couldn’t sit on it as the sea weed was so bad and the smell was awful, the hotel needs updated as there needs improvements as there was broken towels on floor. The pool area needs updated also. The food was good nit much entertainment in the evenings for adults.

One of the top notch family friendly resorts, extremely friendly, accommodating, and welcoming crew. A huge variety of food ,activities, shows and entertainment for the family. five minute drive to Coco bongo downtown and La isla luxury mall. Convenient location, and 30 minutes away from the airport.
