Very family friendly! Staff were kind and helpful. We especially loved everyone in the restaurants and pool area. Jaime and Hector went above and beyond for our family at the buffet restaurant! Rooms were clean, bathrooms were as well. Housekeeping was quick and efficient. Pool area is perfectly sized for a small family resort. Not a thing I would change about our time at Sunscape. Can’t wait to come back again! Don’t forget to visit the man at the omelette station every morning. He’s the best!!

We stayed here in early May and it was very hot! We had seen some reviews that there wasn’t much options for foods, but our experience was very different. There was extremely fresh fruit every morning, and a great variety, meats, cheeses, pastries, cereal, as well as hot foods, the fish there is so fresh it feels like it came straight from boat to table. Despite it being 33°C outside, the rooms were cool and so clean. The ocean is right there, but the waves were too strong to properly swim in, but if the green flags are out it would be heaven. This is not a party hotel, so all the music etc stops at 11pm, which honestly was nice because our party days are very much behind us. The taco cart by the main pool was unreal, and the mojitos there are so so fresh and limey and lovely. If you can stand the heat, there are some malls about 15-20min walking distance from the hotel, and there are buses that stop right outside for adventures.

We loved staying here ! There was legit something planned activity wise every hour for families, adults , kids! Staff was amazing !! They cleaned the room and changed bedding everyday! Amazing views. We stayed there from April 22nd and tended to leave 27th but we loved it so much we extended until the 2nd so what was supposed to be 5 nights turned into 10 nights! We are exploring different countries each year but this will be a resort we travel back to for sure!

Excellent resort, the staff couldn't do enough to make our stay amazing. Rooms were clean, food was decent, we enjoyed the Mediterranean Restaurant the best. The beaches were very clean and inviting. Lots of pool, beachside and evening hotel entertainment. Shout out to Ana in the concierge office, Frederico running the pool area, Jose at the bar and Caesar at the front desk. The coconut ice cream in the candy shop was to die for!!

This is an amazing resort. Rooms are spotless, service is top notch, food is excellent, pools and beach are great, there really isn’t anything to complain about. The staff and entertainment staff are fantastic an made the week fly by. I would recommend this hotel to all. Is it perfect? No, nothing is, and I would like to recommend some improvements to get it too perfect. Improvements - More lobby and bar seating - Ice cream shop open later or additional area in lobby - Cabanas moved from side of pool so everyone can enjoy the entertainment - Silent DJ party more than once a week - that was great fun especially for the teenage children - More beach entertainment- soccer games etc But these are minor things, still giving 5* rating.

Exceed my ecxpectations ! Not a huge resort , everything close by to each other . Not the biggest buffet I seen but found everything I liked . Very clean , great location , friendly employees and good food !

Room was spotless. We had a problem on we could hear absolutely everything in the hallways and the rooms next to us. The restaurants were great and the staff was great except in one restaurant where our waiter was rude.
