Solid spot!
Our party of 18 fit comfortably with room to spare. The front yard and deck was a perfect place to entertain, and the views of the mountains in the distance were fantastic. The privacy we had at the property was unparalleled. This is a fantastic, lived-in space for a big group looking to get together.

Chris is a great property owner!
Unfortunately, my group and I had to cancel the trip due to Covid and Chris was very helpful in the process! He had prompt and clear communication with us and made sure we were all taken care of! His house was prepped and ready for us and we could tell he was going to be a very hospitable host! Definitely looking into booking this property in the future!

Norwich
House was not clean when we arrived. No wifi and the upstairs shower had no hot water. The pictures of the property are deceiving to the potential renter. Sorry but the nightly rate for this property does not align with the quality of the house. Lastly, property owner asked us to take the trash after our stay which was not appropriate for the nightly fee charged. We declined that request obviously. The dining room table was the highlight for our group.

Chris is a great property owner! He was extremely helpful and happy to answer the questions I had prior to booking our stay, as well as during the time leading up to our check-in. The property appeared exactly as pictured and was really an amazing place to host our good size group (18ppl). The house was extremely spacious and updated throughout, but my favorite part was the large deck with mountain views and huge yard. The property was also very secluded with a long driveway, but still less than 10min from downtown Hanover. I highly recommend renting with Chris, great stay!

Very clean, quiet and good environment, I feel quite relax and comfortable in the house, the owner is very nice and responds quickly. It is close to Dartmouth college, good choice for the visitors.
