Came with our son and granddaughter who were attending a concert. Great staff and location. There is a pizza place right across the street which was great. Breakfast was excellent. We went to the lobby bar one night and had appetizers, rather than trying to find dinner someplace. It was pretty good.

Excellent location central to everything in downtown Chicago I highly recommend this location. Service was great. People weee very friendly and helpful. Easy to ride share to any location. Most city locations were 20 or less.

The staff was great! But I stayed on the 25th floor. About 6am I kept hearing this thumping sound. I called the front desk 3x. When maintenance came the guy said that I was hearing the elevator go up and down. Unfortunately all the rooms near hear the same. I couldn’t sleep past 630 because of it
