The room itself was ok. When we pulled the pull out couch out for a bed, we found chip crumbs, garbage, and a balloon in it. It was as though housekeeping did not even clean it. The sheet to sleep on was ripped, so we couldn't use the sheet. The shower floor had hair all over it and we didn't use it yet. House keeping was really loud in the morning cleaning while we were trying to sleep. The staff was really nice to try to solve the issue. We did not request a room change since it was already 1:30 am and we had already unpacked everything. The pull out couch did not pull out into a bed without US rearranging the whole living room area. We were offered some money back, but because we paid with Affirm, there was nothing they could do. We were offered snacks or hotel points instead of money back. We don't use Marriott hotels often, so we didn't take the points. We did get a bottle of wine, but we feel that wasn't a very good offer for what we went through. My daughter did not get much sleep and felt disgusted sleeping on that pullout couch.
