This adorable and super clean home is perfectly located in a tranquil street that leads to Lake Minnehaha.
Downtown Clermont, Waterfront Park, and Victory Point are only a two minute drive away. If you are looking to enjoy some local attractions such as Disney Parks, Universal Studios, etc., but don’t want to get caught in the congested tourist areas, this home is a perfect fit.
Need to travel often? It is only a 35 minutes drive to MCO Orlando International Airport.
