"It was clean, had a full kitchen and even a washer and dryer. It was conveniently located near the Eaton centre. We enjoyed our stay, however the pull out bed, was small, and I am 5"1. The staff was helpful and easily contactable."

"Our stay was incredible! A special thank you to Jessie at Clockwork, who went out of her way to make our evening truly memorable. She was, without question, the highlight of our stay. Watching her craft specialty cocktails was a show in itself, and her exceptional service left a lasting impression. I will be candid: the service at Reign and The Library could use some attention. Both experiences fell below expectations due to a noticeable lack of attentiveness. That said, the quality of the food more than compensated for the service shortcomings, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We will forever remember our stay at the Fairmont. Its rich history, elegance, and atmosphere made for an unforgettable experience and a memory we will cherish for years to come."
