Studio 8 min walk to UBS arena

Perfect for a staycation getaway or overnight stay to walk to UBS stadium for events. This cozy basement studio is designed with a queen size bed, bathroom with individual shower and small kitchenette with a separate side entrance. Nothing fancy.

The space is conveniently located near airports, dining, parks and the beaches are about 30 minute drive.

Property is a traditional style home with a side entrance. Entrance is through the driveway right side gate which leads to the basement (downstairs)

There’s no access to the backyard but there are parks and hiking trails nearby.

If you’re quite tall (5’11+) it may be uncomfortable for you once you step into the living space. There’s a 6” difference once you step into the kitchenette and bed area.

Our home is RESIDENTIAL, and we have neighbors, so we ask that you keep noise down to a minimum after 11p and ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS. The LIRR train station is 3 minute walk and only 2 blocks away.
