This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is newly updated with large rooms with an open floor plan. It has a King size bed inthe master bed room and two singles in the 2nd bed room. It sleeps 4. This unit is ground level with a grass front yard. Just across the street, enjoy 3 tennis courts, 1 outdoor pool, 2 outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, a complete weight room with treadmills, bikes and stair machines and full laundry room.

This condo is on the bus route and just above the hill from Safeway, the main grocery store. Walk out your door to the fraser river trail. We, the owners, are local, so just ask us for directions.

Noisy neighbors
Unit was mostly nice and as described. Slight housekeeping issues but not a problem. Clubhouse was nice. But the neighbors upstairs were terrible!! Playing music that had heavy bass that shook the place and dishes. Seems like they were doing it on purpose. Somebody assume from the association tried talking with them and he became confrontational.

Everything was great except the large dog upstairs that was running around inside the apartment from 3:00 Am until we left to ski around 8:30. The next night they were gone so got some sleep. I see the place is for sale. What’s your asking price?

Disappointing lodging
We had a lot of issues with the place. There were cobwebs in the corners in the bathrooms and it generally didn't feel very clean. The worst part though was the master bathroom toilet wasn't flushing and so given it was late Sunday Dec 24th night, I had to start plungering. I shouldn't have to do this as the guest but didn't have much choice. The owner came unannounced while we were gone, and he thought he resolved it, but I had actually done all the plungering. For the rest of our stay, the toilet kept flushing periodically. The Closet light had no string so wasn't easy to use. No soap and shampoo, no dishwasher detergent Master bathroom door doesn't lock and hard to open and close Outlet and light not working in kids room Master bedroom mattress sinks towards middle and not easy to sleep in Carpet run down on edges and staples exposed hurting our feet. There is a for sale sign which probably explains why nothing is being kept upto code and maintained. Finally he asked me if there was a rug in the kitchen as it was missing. I told him no but what was he insinuating, that I somehow took it???? Pillows are very flat, not enough towels. We just had to reuse ours many times. Fireplace very dirty, ash spilling over

Functional and comfortable but not clean
We stayed 2 nights. The listing claimed to sleep 5, but there’s only a king and 2 twins. It was comfortable but it was quite unclean. Towels were dirty as were the bathrooms. There was only 3 glasses to drink from and various things were broken / unusable. Location was great though

Great little place in the mountains
Clean and cozy. Nice stay over the thanksgiving break. We were light on snow so it was nice to have access to the club house right across the street.. big hot tubs, steam room, and workout facilities. Sliding glass door/private entrance makes it good for dogs. Easy drive to WP resort.

It was pretty basic, which was perfect for our long weekend getaway. Neighbors were friendly. Got to see a couple of moose roaming around the property. Access to the club house was a nice way to wind down the evening
