BEWARE** We were woken up by bed bugs at 230 am... I could not find another hotel and was stuck with switching our adjoining rooms. We had to keep everything in our cars. Mold all over curtains. 3 out of 5 of us have coughs since the stay and are seeking medical care. The keys would stop working after 1 use the whole stay. (needed to replace keys 14 times) The shuttle didnt abide by schedule so we had to uber to and from EVERY day we were there. The walls were held together by painters tape. DO NOT STAY HERE... avoid avoid avoid...

The room was run down! Funky smell. Towels were dirty. I checked in for an hour and left that’s how terrible it was!! Save your money and go somewhere better.

We had to down grade our room because the suites all smelled like smoke. They said they would give us a discount, but it has yet to be seen.

This place is so awful that we found places to go until late at night just to barely sleep. The carpeted areas have strong odors in it and no AC in the main areas which made it very hot. Our room had thin walls, the window was open w the AC going when we got there and no lock to the window. The beds are not queen sized but full. Our bed also sunk in the middle! The best things were: close to Disney, laundry (broken machines and terribly hot room no ac), good pool and breakfast.

The room has very poor ac It wasenr cold enough. Mornig lady told me that she would get us other room She never got to us about it. 2night since we left ac on all day room manage to cool donw little bit but after 12 midnight room got warm again . So try to sleep as we could but it wasent happy trip this time .

Did not get the hotel room I paid for. Hallways were disgusting, lot of water damage and just dirty everywhere. There were shoe prints on the ceiling of my room on the top floor. There were multiple cable size holes in the wall of my hotel room. You could hear everything going on in the hallways through the door. Staff was kind, but unable to do anything on their part to fix my room issue, claiming it was Expedias fault and they were booked for other rooms (I could get back on Expedia and book the room I wanted that night, the communication between the hotel and Expedia is not good) Continental breakfast was pretty limited. Shuttle to Disney was fine and timely. I would not stay again.

Breakfast ended so early that there was no food. They didn’t tell us what times breakfast was. The room was not as pictured. So this will be my first and last time
