Magnificent view of the Gulf from this beachfront condo. It's located in the 5th floor. Just remodeled. You can take a walk on the beach, cook your own lunch, and enjoy the sunrise from the terrace. You have access to the pool, tennis court, laundry and grill area. The studio has a balcony with table and chairs for a Breakfast or romantic sunset. A living and dinning area, fully equipped kitchen, a Murphy-bed, a sofa bed and a bathroom. The unit has SmartTV with access to your Netflix and other stream Tv app. WiFi and AC/HC. As a complementary, there are beach chairs and umbrella available, so you don't need to rent then at the beach.
The unit is ideal for a Romantic get-away. For a max of 2 people to be comfortable.

Beautiful view
My favorite part was the view! We enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning and listening to the waves. Very clean and perfect for me and my husband. I slept well in the bed and A/C ran great. Very quiet and the front desk was hospitable. Our only issue was the toilet not flushing well and I addressed that with the property manager so hopefully it will better for guests in the future.

Studio Condo
The property is exactly as listed. Cozy clean condo right on the beach. For some reason I could not communicate with the owner through the reservation but was able to through the listed phone number. I needed extra face towels and she called the cleaning service and they provided what I needed. The shower soap in the bathroom was great. There is a person at the front desk 24 hours a day. Friendly and helpful.

This is perfect for 2 people stay for a quick get away. Full Bathroom, murphy bed with super comfy mattress, and a balcony that you will want to sit on forever.

This condo was very nicely decorated, quiet and has a great Ocean view. I enjoyed my stay. The only negative was I couldn’t figure out how to use the tv, but no big deal.
