"We stayed at the Hilton Fallsview for the view - it did not disappoint! The view from the tall north tower was fabulous and we enjoyed watching the light show of Niagara Falls and Horseshoe Falls every evening. Check-in took almost an hour, and we started well before check-in time. The lobby does not have enough places to sit while waiting for check-in. The place is huge, so there is a lot of transactional time to get from the parking lot (expensive) to our rooms. They have 3 separate towers. We were traveling with our 90-year old parents, so this became an issue - we couldn't stop back at the room between activities as it took too much time and energy. We never made it to the pool (needed an appointment) or the attached casino (a long walk). However, our room had a lovely jetted tub, which was very enjoyable. All the staff we interacted with were very helpful. You aren't allowed to use the luggage carts yourself, a porter will deliver the luggage after check-in."

"Pros: VERY kind staff and clean. Cons: it is not as up to date as the pictures look and no breakfast included. When I called rhe toll free number I was told the pool was open until 11pm. When I arrived, I was told it had closed at 10pm and would not be open the next day. Parking was also extra but waived due to pool being closed. It's Toronto so expensive is expected, but to pay for parking and breakfast is a bit much."

"The experience was terrible right from the start. I booked this reservation in Sep 2025 for a stay in the last weekend of May 2026. When my plans solidified in late April 2026, I tried to adjust the reservation from 3 nights to 2 nights. It was actually more expensive for me to adjust to 2 nights than it was to keep my reservation of 3 nights. When I arrived, the valet did not greet me with a smile and was not particularly helpful. Later into my stay, I asked for a box of tissues (we just ran out). Although the staff was responsive, they did not bring it with a smile. We also ran out of conditioner but did not know until 6am on our third night. The front counter asked us to wait until 7am when housekeeping staff started. We went out per our plans and returned at 9:30am to find that the conditioner still was not replenished. I asked the front counter staff to have late checkout (change from 11am to noon). The first person entered into the system, but I was locked out at 11am. I went downstairs to ask the front counter staff to set up late checkout again to allow me to retrieve my belongings. The second person put it into the system and when I got upstairs, my key card still didn't work. The third time I went down, the front counter person didn't smile, didn't apologize for the inconvenience, didn't provide an explanation, didn't send someone up with me to ensure that my card worked. They just got my card re-programmed and sent me on my way."

"At approximately 11:00 PM, we decided to spend some time at the hotel’s lobby bar. There were several empty tables available, including four tables for three to four guests. The lobby bar manager, who introduced himself as Senior Manager Dylan, refused to seat us because we were only two people. He stated that those tables were intended for larger groups and placed us on a waiting list. What made the situation particularly upsetting was that shortly afterward, he seated two other couples—also groups of two—at the same tables that had supposedly been reserved for larger parties. During all my travels, I have never experienced such treatment, and I found it offensive and humiliating. The following morning, we waited about 20 minutes for the General Manager to discuss the incident, but nobody came. Later that evening, the Hotel Manager emailed me, saying he wanted to speak with me. I immediately provided my phone number, but I was never contacted. I am not even mentioning the extremely long queues at reception or the fact that the extra bed for our son was delivered only several hours after our request. The lack of follow-up and poor service made this stay very disappointing. I expected a much higher level of professionalism, customer service, and respect from a hotel of this standard."
