Not great.The hotel was definitely not worth the money. The room was dirty.There were only 2 towels, stains on the walls and couch, the smoke alarms have been removed and the floor tiles in the bathroom were popping up and scraped my daughter's ankle. It was definitely not what was represented in the photos online. When we brought these things to the attention of the hotel, they said we booked third party, so there wasn't really anything they could do to give us a credit back. (We paid over $170.00 for one night for a king bed and sleeper couch room on the third floor) There were multiple people complaining at check out about the condition of their rooms. I don't plan on using Travelocity or this hotel again. I will book directly through a hotel that has good ratings.

Property is clean and well kept. Pool was cold and a little cloudy, but the hot tub was great. The rooms are a little dated and not completely clean, there was mold in the grout in the bathroom and its obvious it's never been edged by the amount of dust around the perimeter of the room. There was dust on the top of the headboard, the lamps and light bulbs. I ran a cleaning company for many years and I'm just picky. Having no smart tv or jacks to plug in your phone, just regular plugs. The rooms with jacuzzi tubs, the tubs don't work. The staff is awesome. Very kind and polite. Not a bad room, just needs a little TLC. The breakfast is out of this world.

Bad room switched to good room

The staff is wonderful but the first room they gave us was dirty it had a alcohol bottle in the bathroom with dirty towels toilet and phone didnt work but they fixed it the next night and gave us a room that works for free

The good and the bad

On a whim we grabbed a room here for a night just for fun. The good: The fireplace worked. The king size bed was decently comfortable. The suite was spacious. The hot tub and pool worked and we enjoyed it. It met our needs, which were to spend some time together. The bad: Key cards weren't working, like in the entire hotel so the poor desk guy had to literally break into our room with a special rod (which is a little disconcerting how easy it was). If we were to leave we had to leave it propped open. Neither TV worked. Remotes were entirely non-functional and the screens were grimy. The refrigerator was actively defrosting and leaking all over the floor. The bathub/shower was weirdly concave making it uncomfortable to stand. Anyone unstable would have a hard time of it.
