Very disappointed that the hot tub was not working. I booked this room after reading the reviews. A few guests were disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t working just a few short weeks ago the hotel commented that was up and running. That was absolutely a lie. Hot tub was never fixed. The “heated” pool was freezing and not warm at all.

Never provided enough towels for people swimming. Our trip to the pool/hot tub was cut short by a couple clearly on drugs. When asked if they were going to cook more food on sat AND sun morning(1.5hrs BEFORE breakfast ended and multiple people waiting) we were told “it ends soon what’s the point” Should’ve known it was the wrong place for a weekend getaway when we were charged in full at the time of check in.

Needed a break from Michigan grey January weather. Had a little “staycation”. The pool was warm and hot tub was hot. Workout room (though small) - all the machines worked. Free breakfast was adequate. Parking safe and located in a great location with restaurants and shopping nearby. Would stay again.

Hot tub was nice and pool was good but short on towel's. Over all a good stay. Bed's a little stiff and the coffee pot in room didn't work and the main coffee was not great. But breakfast was good.

Room was clean and property was also in good order. The pool and hot tub got the spot. They did offer a free breakfast which consisted of bread, cereal, yogurt, pancakes, biscuits and gravy. They barely had enough biscuits and gravy when when gravy was gone desk person refused to help.

I came from out of town and booked a week in advance and I was not informed the hot tub was not working. Also in my room one of the smoke detectors were hanging down from the ceiling, fire place didn’t work, a couple lights in the room didn’t work, during breakfast they ran out of food which you pay the fee in for continental breakfast, that we didn’t enjoy.

Fell because they didn’t shovel and put salt on the ice. Dirt in the bottom of the pool and hot tub was out of order. Didn’t make enough breakfast so when we went down they were out of eggs and sausage. There was a leak in the room so they had a bucket in the lobby collecting the water.
