Couldn’t check in until 4pm No electricity in the hotel. We had a 80th birthday party at 6pm Couldn’t blow dry hair, no air , showered with no lights The hotel offered overnight gratis parking and waive resort tax Tommy Bahama Resort should have waived the room Charge for the day Electricity was restored after 9 pm! Terrible experience Staff was trying very hard during a difficult Would never recommend this hotel

Beautiful grounds, really stunning and the main building and restaurant are just stunning! Love the pool, really one of the best in the valley -spacious, chill, and gorgeous! Ok that’s all the good stuff! Meh to weird stuff: great restaurant but no room service-rooms on the south side of the property are really oddly arranged-bed faces wall-TV faces windows and blank wall faces the view of the mountains?!? Bed had a lovely divot in-the middle-great for being cozy not so great for backs,sleep, relaxing 😎, bathroom tiny like a refurbished holiday inn-just some odd inconsistencies. We tried it out cause it was the cheapest this trip and really won’t be coming back-grand Hyatt and Ritz and do many boutique hotels have so much going for them that there is no need to lose sleep-literally for poor maintenance!

The room was super clean and spacious. All good inside and very quiet. We just got a room with a view of orange cones and caution tape right outside our balcony. Kinda sucked for $800 night. It was the tennis tournament weekend so prices were gouged.

We had a ground level room and the upper level guests were very noisy at late hours. The rooms are not properly insulated. Also, the facility charges for surface parking on top of resort fees which seems excessive
