"July 2nd we told staff that we are going can you please let housekeeping to clean room and no one did, no tissues were in the washroom. Tried so many phone calls to reception no answer. Experience with Courtyard was not good. I would suggest park on street instead of vallet they are handling 2 hotels ..."
