Across the street from a Fabulous museum on the history of the local Native American tribes and early county history of culture interaction.Easy access to Kingman turquoise mine shop. Walking distance to town.

Comfortable stay
It was comfortable and basic. The parking lot had bright lights which I really appreciated. We slept well despite the train. No breakfast amenity but that was alright with us. The price was good

Old building clean rooms
Want the perfect roadside Motel experience without the roaches? Old and worn building that has been freshly painted, carpeted and updated by new owners, who I think live on site. New laminate and fixtures in the bathroom, new sheets and pillows, new TV, microwave and mini fridge. My door wouldn’t deadbolt as something was off in the alignment. On site laundry 1.50 each load on each machine. They also sell refreshments in the office. Very clean. That’s the key here.

Owners are wonderful, building is sound. Clean rooms. Wonderful restaurant across the road. Altogether, not all the frills, but warm and wonderful.
