"Had no light bulbs and no shower gel, made reception aware. Only offered us a late check out which we couldn’t use as we needed to leave before original check out time. Didn’t really help or accommodate for the lack of lighting & soap. I’d stay here again though. "

"Booked last minute. On arrival the staff were excellent, polite, very helpful, they stored our bags for us. Went into London, underground station just 5 minutes away direct line to central London, very convenient. Or an easy walk to Chelsea harbour pier and we got the Uber boat up to embankment. Room was clean, well stocked for an overnight stay, aircon was great. Breakfast was easy and plenty of choice. Would book this hotel again without question next time we are in London."
