The sheets had stains, there’s trash underneath beds, it’s inconvenient for disabilities, they ask if you’re checking out all the time as if they’re pushing you to leave etc

Not a great experience
Staff was sitting in lobby with her feet up and a concrete paver holding the interior door half way open. Did not great us or acknowledge as we walked through , but as I slide the paver out of the walk way she screamed at me not to shut the door. To which I responded , I am just trying to leave. She then screamed something about not having keys to the door. Room #117 smelled on marijuana and the exhaust fan did not work.

Nice hotel, but not the best experience
Upon entering my room, i was surprised to find the window wide open and the stiff wind was blowing the curtains straight out and it was quite cold in the room. I closed the window and all was good until i turned on the television and the remote did not work. I had to manually change the channel on the direct tvbox. Then in the morning i went to take a shower and was surprised to find the faucet in the bathtub completely missing. So i had to bathe in the sink. So not the best experience. However, the hotel itself was quite nice, with a pool, lounge , bar, pool tables,and an arcade. It was also very clean. I wouldn't hesitant to stay again

BED BUGS
The service was good. Room was not clean. When my wife layed down on the bed she had bed bugs on her, brought it down to the desk, she offered another room, but if they use the same washer for rest of the hotel there is probably bed bugs in every room. We didn't want to take the chance and bring them home, so we checked out and drove 2 hours back home. I'm expecting at least a partial refund. The company i work for occasionally uses this hotel. Not if we will anymore.
