This is 1 unit in a 3-plex, So there is a common wall. There is an outside courtyard/entertainment area which is awesome. The unit has a dedicated parking spot. Great little place. Enjoy historic Lafayette all within walking and bike riding distance. Enjoy everything at the University and Downtown. Best place to be in Lafayette hands down, ask around. This is like a very nice large hotel room with a huge closet that is like another room and your own private courtyard. Great especially if you are traveling with your Fur-Baby🐶🐱🐶🐱🐶.

Bohemian....not rhapsody
The picture shown where you are going to say is next door. First impression-the entry gate opens if it hasn’t rained to hard and is kept closed with a piece of a “ St Joe “ brick. (Appropriate because we were staying on St Joe street) but was very rickety. Entry sidewalk went to the wall. Had to make our own makeshift steppingstones with brick pieces found. Walk in and watch out for level change 5 feet in Large step up with no nosing just the unfinished ends of the floor boards. Same step down into the overly large closet ( I guess used to be a porch.). A/c unit worked great but must have been made by a locomotive company. Did not appear to have been cleaned recently. Luckily I had my own weed eater to keep the yard grass trimmed. Good thing we brought our own coffee maker(can’t miss our morning brew). The bed will roll you off if you are not careful. No instruction on how to access what tv channels or which ones were available. Nice large shower (hopefully it drains). Old a/c registers handily taped. Other than these small items everything was “BOHEMIAN”. ( advertising as a condo—-kitchen is a microwave on top of the mini frig)
