1. Hot tub: too small 2. No refrigerator, No microwave in room 3. No desk with 2 chairs. only very small table with one chair for 2 persons. 2. No guest heating control: controled by Office only 3. Parking lot In/out key: Not explained by check-in count. We had to stopped at gate and returned to check-in desk to validate the key again to exit everyday morning- it's made me fill bad. The count desk Must explain how to validate the key.

This place has no AC was cery hot didn't not have the option to control the temperature in my room. Staff members were rude n not helpful at all. Will not come back to stay at an 80 degrees temperature room. Had a sliding door with no balcony not safe at all..

Property under construction no indication on website restaurants are closed early the night we got there. We had no food and had to go to another outside place in the snow to get something to eat Fitness room no disinfectant wipes or hand sanitizer could hear jackhammer in the morning.

Room was 86 degrees. No AC. Small full size door that opened. Couple inches with no patio. Torn bed sheets . Hair all over the wall in the shower. Clearly not cleaned. Never stay here again.
