Not complete customer service poor need to train staff. When questions asked received no answer. I stayed for 8 days and housing service terrible and only came once when asked 3 days in a row. Left on hold for 15 minutes with front desk inquiring on housekeeping service

The mattress is sagging and too soft. The bathroom is too small. It’s located near the elevator, and I can often hear the sound of the elevator chains. The soundproofing is very poor.
