This was the worst casino I have ever stayed. The room had no amenities of any kind. There was no drawers to place your suite case. Customer service at check in she was rude with everything. The room was not clean after the first night. I had to call to asks for some more towels. The casino charge $22 a night for parking which was not disclosed at time of booking, otherwise I would not have book at this location. The casino looks like a dump, there was hardly any games open. I bet a few hundreds at the sports book, they can't comp the parking because the sports book is a 3rd party. I would not stay at this casino again and I would not recommend this to anyone. Stay away from Golden Nuggets, There was no gold or any nuggets, except poor customer service, and dirty hotel rooms.

Hotel was under construction and this was NOT advised prior to booking Toilet seat was wet in one side and only noticed after using toilet Room was freezing and thermostat did not work well so had to call for portable heater Customer service was subpar Men at valet did nothing to help incoming guests, not even open the doors to entrance of hotel

Not sure what kind of place has a thermostat that does not control the actual room temperature. When we got in there it was 67 degrees. Last night it wouldn’t go under 80! This morning it was 85, with absolutely no way to get cool air going into room. Not a great way to spend a night away. The whole hotel and casino is under renovation as well, which makes for a dull experience. We regret not booking at Harrahs.

This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The room was filthy, and the bathroom was in an appalling state. The shower tub was grimy, the drain was completely clogged, and the bathroom door was broken. Do not waste your money here.

There was only one staff member at the check in counter. It took 20 minutes to get checked in. She was polite but she needed help. The elavators were not in service. There is construction and a lot of noise early in the morning. 7:30 is too early for a casino that keeps late hours.

This place was such a run down old dirty nugget. Beds were worn down, guessing they been around since the turn of the century. Construction everywhere, internet didn't work. Their damn alarm clock would go off at 6am everyday with no way to shut it off. Then their fire alarms went off at like 8am. Place was a dumpy mess that stinks like cigarettes and shame.

I stayed here during my trip to Lake Tahoe and it was such a lovely experience! The view from my window was absolutely incredible — right over the lake. I was honestly surprised to get such a beautiful room since I booked it on the very last day of my trip. It made the experience even more special. Highly recommend staying here! 🌲💙
