Our room was not cleaned upon arriving there. The thermostat didn’t work at all. Then I requested to be moved to another room, that room then smelled horrible and the thermostat worked but only would heat and warm. The operator was not helpful at all

It was great. The front desk was helpful when I had a small medical issue. The parking was very open. You didn’t have to park in the parking garage. The room was big new and clean.

I strongly recommend it, everting is new and i love that fact that doesn’t have the durt smell , bed is varry comfortable, TV big and plenty of towel ,however the bathroom floor was dirty .

When I booked a room for 2 nights at the golden nuggets casino I thought would be staying in a room at the casino, but they put me somewhere in the back past the pool near the outside parking lot I wish I would have known that before I booked because it felt like I was staying at a hotel next to the casino plus I asked for 1 bed they gave me a room with 2 beds & the room got so hot the windows wouldn’t open I had ask for a fan at night it was to hot to sleep

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. My family booked two rooms for a quick 24-hour getaway, and instead of enjoying our trip, we spent it stressed and upset. Check-in took over an hour with three young children crying in the lobby. The front desk clerk actually left for a lunch break in the middle of our check-in, and the manager struggled to sort out their own booking system errors with no urgency or empathy. The worst part was an employee named Tommi Harris, who yelled at me in front of other guests when I asked how much longer it would take. His attitude was hostile, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable — instead of helping, he made everything worse and left me feeling harassed and embarrassed. Once we finally got into the rooms, things didn’t improve. The shower had no soap, and when I called the front desk for help, I was put on hold for 10+ minutes and never received assistance. I had no choice but to bathe my kids with just water. We stayed less than 24 hours, and our entire trip was ruined by poor service, unprofessional staff, and basic hospitality failures. Management never responded to my email either, which says a lot about how little they care. I strongly do not recommend this hotel. Save yourself the stress and stay anywhere else.

It's a casino! I forgot what it was like to stay somewhere that allows smoking in the building. Won't make that mistake again. On the plus side... the room was in a new building away from the casino floor.
