Great communication and no hassles. It's a commercial IHG property, and the amenities/kitchen stuff was fine. Great central location, though there's not a convenience store or anything nearby. Parking is free and plentiful.Bring your own nicer coffee machine if you want one. Be aware that unlike many VRBO, the cupboards will be BARE of things like sugar/teabags/condiments/spices.

The apartment was very nice and perfect for two couples. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels, shower gel etc check in and out were very easy and the host was helpful. Most of all it is incredibly convenient to the Sphere. From the back of the property you walk through a gate you walk through a gate and you’re in Sphere emplouee parking

Great accommodation and hospitality! Jerry and Nancy are wonderful hosts, communicating everything that you should know prior to your arrival and it was exactly as they said. They arrange us a view to the Sphere from our rooms. Incredible view. Very easy late check-in and a very comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

Perfect gem in Vegas

We had a wonderful time at this resort. It is so nice to be off the strip but close enough to walk. Very clean resort and very spacious rooms. This was our second time visiting. We will be back. Great hosts! Very responsive.

Week at the Sphere

in town for back to back weekends at the Sphere. Great location for the Sphere. Property was clean & well maintained. Units were nice; a bit dated but still nice. Easy walk to the Strip; nice to be off the strip for some peace. Would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely perfect!

My wife and I stayed here with our friends right before our wedding. Your place was amazing! There’s not a single thing we could have asked for. It had everything that we needed and it was so comfy and cozy. We wish we could have brought this place with us for the rest of our trip! Thanks so much and highly recommend to anyone travelling to Vegas! Also love how it’s away from everything but still within walking distance. It’s a quiet sanctuary to come back to after a long chaotic day!

Great location and comfortable stay

Great value only about a block off the strip. Walkable to all locations center strip. Nice to have convenience of kitchen and washer/dryer. Timeshare presentation was not required and they were not pushy about it. Simple restaurant onsite for quick prepared meal and small convenience store for various sundries onsite as well. Would definitely do an extended stay here again in the future.

We loved our stay here! Having the kitchen, dining area and living room was perfect for two couples - we could hang out and have snacks and drinks in between activities. The suite was as described. Staff was great, helpful and gave us great info re: the strip and things to see. It was so nice to have time to enjoy the quiet at this hotel when balanced with the busyness of the Strip. Would love to book here again!!

Was convenient. Close to all! Traffic terrible due to road closures/repairs. Condo was nice except could have used more shelves in master bath, plus a door for the bathroom. Other bedroom did not have any drawers for clothes either. Service was great . Responded well!
