I enjoyed the fact that the property was well enough off of the strip that the craziness didn’t extend all the way out to the hotel, but it was also close enough that I could get to and from with relative ease. The only thing I didn’t particularity enjoy was how the elevators are tucked away into their weird little area, but once I found them it didn’t impact my stay at all.

Nice alterantive to a casino property

Pros: Lots to like about this hotel: new modern furnishings, super staff, extensive breakfast, great pool, convenient location
Cons: Access to the pool from inside the hotel would be nice. It's a little weird to have to go in and out the front door to the pool.
I was looking for a hotel close to the airport (but not on the Las Vegas strip) to end a desert vacation. The Holiday Inn Express was more than convenient - modern, high-end furnishings; a professional, friendly staff; and a great little outdoor pool/spa. If you're looking for a nice alternative to a casino property, this is it!

Friendly staff.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet
The pool and hot tub were clean. Nice sports bar and grill next door. Other types of resturants were within walking distance. They were installing new HDTVs in the room when we were there.

The staff are courteous, friendly, and welcoming

The continental breakfast is healthy, tasty and the accomodations are well thought out. The outdoor pool is also refreshing.

Good Hotel for the money, Poor service took away from stay

Pros: Quiet
Cons: poor service
Staff was friendly and accomidating, however they where slow to respond to issues, 1) TV was not functioning properly 1/3 of screen was distorted, called front desk for repair and they never came. 2) someone vomitted outside of door to my parents room during the night. Called front desk again to clean-up and they never showed up. Complained at time of checkout.
