Helpful Resort Information

• Standard Check-In & Check-Out Times: Check-in begins strictly at 4:00 PM, and checkout time is strictly 10:00 AM. (Home Week Check-In Day: Friday).

• Incidental Security Authorization: A required deposit of $100 per day applies at check-in to cover incidental charges. Unused authorized funds are released 7 to 10 business days after departure.

• Early Check-In & Late Checkout Options: Early check-in between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM is offered based on availability for an additional $50.00 fee. Late checkout is available upon request and subject to availability (fees may apply). Luggage storage is available via the bell attendant.

• Physical Structural Notice: The resort is a 64-story high-rise tower equipped with high-speed elevator banks. The property operates under an Allocate Upon Arrival system, with floor levels and unit assignments determined at check-in by the front desk team.

House Rules / Policies

• Late Arrival/No-Show Policy: Guests expecting to arrive after midnight local time must notify the front desk in advance. Unannounced arrivals past midnight on the check-in date will be designated as a no-show and subject to cancellation.

• Strict Non-Smoking Policy: 100% non-smoking hotel across all guest rooms, suites, and indoor public spaces. A strictly enforced $1,000 fee plus tax will be charged for smoking in a guest room.

• Pet Policy: Pet-friendly property accepting up to two pets per room (maximum weight of 25 lbs / 11 kg each) for a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $125.00.

Important Notice:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 PER DAY Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charged upon check out.
