The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The room was very clean except for the smell of cigarettes in the bathroom. Fortunately the smell was not noticeably outside the bathroom. I would recommend this hotel if you need one near Heathrow Airport.

Had a fantastic stay, the staff was very professional and accommodating. On my second night, the air conditioner was not working and they changed my room immediately. The staff in the restaurant and bar were awesome as well. Will 100% stay here again the next time im in London

Everything went smoothly with the Hotel Hoppa shuttle. Our room was nice. I liked the bamboo key cards. We left too early for breakfast so they gave us a to go breakfast. Would stay there again.
