The staff was helpful. They made sure I was able to secure a taxi for 4am the next day which I needed to be able to make my flight. The waiter keegan at the restaurant was very polite and attentive. The whole experience was very positive.

Since this hotel is right next to the airport with an enclosed bridge right to the terminal, it's very convenient, and I understand how this limits things like accessibility to shopping and restaurants,etc. Taking these things into account, I would have given this hotel 5 stars but for a couple of things: noise (not other guests) and internet access. I think it was the plumbing, but there were all sorts of loud noises throughout the night; I did not get a good night's sleep. The other issue was that internet access as substandard at best. When people are traveling from abroad, they are dependent on solid internet access. I was barely able to work from my room, and this was with their "premium" internet access plan, which one has to pay for. It boasts 8mbps, which is laughable in any developed country. Other than those two issues, the hotel was very nice, the staff very accommodating, and the location was wonderful.

This property had a visibly dirty bathroom and bed. There was poop stains on the top of the toilet and the wall beside it. The counter in the bathroom had stains on it. I used a wipe to clean the surface. The bed had hair and pieces of dirt in it. This room does not appear to have been cleaned. I was very disappointed in the condition of my room and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Their goal for comfort is the otherway, very intimidating staff especially the *** old lady, room was not comfortable, if they aim is comfort they should have ask me to change the room to a none accessible, they *** know its not comfortable, regardless!

Check in process was seamless and easy. Hotel itself was dirty and unkept. Doorways were dusty and carpet had a musty smell. The room itself was not clean. Shower was not clean and had stains. Beds had a wet, musty smell. Overall, would not come back as rooms are not as advertised.

I booked Family Quadruple Room which supposed to have one double bed and two twins, but it had one double and a sofa bed The sink was clogged and was not flowing at all No water to drink Only one towel for a quadruple room The free internet is extremely slow and useless No fridge in the room No iron in the room

Nice rooms. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Easy access to Heathrow terminal 4 by way of a covered walkway then easy transfer to terminals 2 & 3. Terminal 4 is the Elizabeth Line. That takes to transfers to anywhere around London. Would stay here again.
