I was very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I had become quite ill while travelling in England and was able to obtain an early check-in at the hotel. Staff was also great about providing me information related to obtaining medical help and arranging for me to be able to take a meal up to my room. Room was great - very clean and comfortable.

- Farthest from the terminal lifts as the starting point. otherwise comfortable property. - LHR itself is a sucker - lack of direct train between terminal 4 and 5 is a stupid design. train delays can miss your flights easily. we almost missed and entered our flight 7 mins before departure thanks to permitting crew. - Free wifi totally sucks because it kept disconnecting on every device after 2-3 minutes. I told them to rescind it or offer good quality as part of price. - As anything overrated UK, food choices are not so great

The only complaint I have was the bath tub all other accommodation, cleanliness and service I would rate excellent. The bathtub is very unsafe getting in and out of and the tub flooring slippery and unsafe with no support to hold on to.

Excellent service excellent staff but need to change the shower body wash to another brand for all people skin. I use the body wash I get irritated my skin like a rash. And in the morning the team closet smell too hard to outside a Chlorine. But everything clean and the bed extra comfy. Thanks to the staff

I slept well but the hotel was dirty. The floors in the halls and common areas look like they hadn’t been vacuumed in ages. I’ve stayed in other Premier Inns that were basic but at least tidy. Om a positive note, the Thyme restaurant was better than expected. Overall, I would not stay at this particular hotel again.
