I stayed here as I was catching an early morning flight from Heathrow, I’ve never stayed at a Radisson before but based on my experience here I think they will be my go to choice for hotels from now on, excellent service, gorgeous hotel, beautiful and comfortable room with all mod cons including in room fridge, a five star experience from start to finish

I booked this hotel because I had a very early flight the next morning and I specifically booked this one because it was the closest to my terminal and said that they had shuttle service. When I arrived, I was told that the shuttle to my terminal would be 40 minutes long and wouldn’t even start until half an hour after I needed to be at the airport. I also booked this hotel because of the photos of the spa on their website. I was excited to unwind before a long flight. I was told at check-in that the spa was not open. No further explanation. I was then woken five times in the night by the fire alarm going off Due to a very large wedding happening late into the evening…all in all a very disappointing stay. I didn’t get to unwind at the spa. I didn’t even get to sleep and I still had to book an Uber to get to my terminal in time for my flight.

We had a 3 day event in a private room. Room care was attentive & all staff encountered were efficient & responsive. The duvet cover was very comfy. There was a vibrant atmosphere with several weddings going on yet it was never disruptive. My wish would be for a smaller cafe type facility along with the sit-down restaurant. And the gift shop, which could sell snacks, coffee & water, wasn't open enough days & hours. But a good experience overall.
