Avoid the bar!

Place is nice and gd location. Bar is a complete rip off!!! Happy hour is a lie, doesnt count for draft beer! Main thing is not one staff member speaks proper English!!!!!! So hard to understand!

Adequate for overnights to/from Heathrow. Pro: Great proximity to airport. Cons: Hotel was otherwise pretty tired looking. Seams of chairs had crumbs, walls had scuff marks, and furnishings were old.

Easy access to Terminal 5

Beautiful hotel. Chose it to be close to Terminal5 Heathrow. Brilliant. Stepped from train and a few minutes covered walkway to Sofitel. On leaving , few minutes walk again to Departures. Easy.
