Hospitality was excellent! My room was such stale smoke it made it difficult to breathe. It was awful! Reminded me of the old smoking bars where you feel nauseous and get a sore throat! Im a ex smoker and it was bad. Also im a 65 yr old woman traveling by myself and im put with the men workers in the back behind the bldg. Breakfast was so limited and water was 50 cents!

Clean room but housekeeping left a used rag in the bathroom that belonged to a previous guest. I thought that was unsanitary.

The room looked okay at first. Not fancy or anything but okay. I am not one to complain quickly. Upon spending more time in the room, we experienced several roaches crawling on the walls...one was in the bed! The sheets had stains on them and there was something on the walls of the bedroom and the bathroom. I could tell the workers try to clean it the best they can but they need help from the owners....fumigation would be one step. My daughter was terrified to sleep because she was afraid of roaches crawling on her.

no extra blanket,fridge not working,microwave broken. Finally got different appliances.That came from a bug infested unit. HORRIBLE

I reserved a non smoking room and room that was given smelled badly of cigarettes. We were staying one night only.
