"Our stay was at Moon Palace Sunrise with full access to Nizuc and limited access to Grand. Sunrise is very large and very populated. The pool is awesome.The food and entertainment are very good. But there is a need for more "grab and go" fooderies. The staff are all couteous and helpful. "

The staff was outstanding—always attentive, friendly, and ready to take care of any request. The pool area was beautiful, and we especially loved the lazy river. Overall, it’s a very luxurious and relaxing place, and we would be more than happy to return again."

Several times we couldn’t even get into the restaurants. The beach is full of rocks and seaweed, not what you expect in Cancun. You pay for luxury and get chaos instead. Do not recommend at all.
