Book Cheap Hotels in Mexican Riviera

"People are up at 6am to reserve pool chairs and dont come back to actually use them for hours. Even though it says they cannot be reserved. Portable speakers blasting music everywhere, although it says they are not allowed. When we arrives for a 50th birthday celebration my husband and i were told they only had double beds avaliable although we asked for a king bed at booking. There were many bachelor and Bachelorette parties everywhere and it was a much younger crowd than expected. Big large groups everywhere made it hard for smaller groups to sit, swim, eat have a seat almost anywhere. Puke piles everywhere on the stairs in the courtyard from peole that had had a little too much fun. Room hallways echo and there sewmed to be a conga line down the hallyway around 3am every night from people coming back from the bars. Smell of weed was everywhere at night time. Front desk person at check in was not friendly, overworked and when we shared our displeasure with pur double bed option she was done with us. We saw others beong shown maps and being yold where things were, she couldnt get rid of us fast enough. They said they would explain resort credits at check in. Received an email that i had received a birthday gift from the hotel during our stay, but due ro WIFI it wouldnt open to show us what it was, front desk said they dis not know what it was and werent able to help us with it. Hopefully we just picked the wrong week to go and others have a much better experience "

"Every thing was excellent, but put 2 stars for the property. Some pool areas are very slippery. I fell on the first day of my trip. Hurt my knee and the others leg pretty bad. "
