Key cards

The key cards are very sensitive, but if they get within 4 inches of your phone, They don’t work which required us going multiple times to the front desk to get new key cards. The female clerk was very rude. The mail clerk was very nice. Unfortunately he couldn’t work 24 seven.

Front desk clerk was beyond indifferent when checking in. Floor in my room was dirty. Obvious long hairs in and around the tub. When I say obvious I am wondering how they could not be noticed. It wasn’t like they were tucked in a crevice. Anyway, enough about that. The wifi was reliable. Though the menu was limited I thought the restaurant to be good. I had a good meal there and found the staff friendly and efficient.

The hotel is fine, basic hotel. You need a car because nothing around it. It's also noisy because it's next to a highway.

My overall experience

The hotel was not bad at all, it was clean and very comfortable there. The staff at the front desk was very nice and very polite and very helpful, but some of the cleaning crew that cleans the 2nd floor was not so very nice, rude sometimes.Especially the lady who where’s her hair pinned up in the back. Beside some of the ladies there the hotel is really nice i will definitely be going back there.
