I loved this property for many reasons, the staff were friendly and courteous, the variety of food and different restaurants to choose from, the entertainment was spectacular. They have a game for for kids which my 11 and 8 year old enjoyed. The place is just awesome and I’ve been to many different hotels.

Ocho Rios - Terrific Resort

Amazing all inclusive resort and good fun for all ages. Friendly staff and great food and drinks. Special shoutout to Keelah and Nicole for being flexible on last minute requests. The pools were clean and i did not find abhorrent levels of chlorine pools from other trips. Only problem is that the staff selling the timeshare are very pushy. But thats a nuisance for 2 hours. Otherwise it is a great place for vacation.

Property was good. The food was excellent and the staff were great except for a pregnant lady in the gift shop that had attitude and wasn’t really nice. Other than that the staff were friendly and awesome especially those in the buffet area. But overall, I love that it’s in the heart of town and walking distance to everything in town. Very strict policies that protect the guests. However, I’d like to point out that to go boxes or wraps should be available or allowed for guest who are catching early buses to the airport.

Having stayed at other Palace Resorts, our expectations were high. However, the food was underwhelming, the majority of the staff was friendly but others were unfriendly and rude. Room was not ready even though we arrived 6 hrs late due to flight delays. I would return to Jamaica and stay at a different resort.
