Lease do NOT book through expedia. I paid for a suite paid extra for that and i got a small standard queen. And hotel will NOT help u and expedia cant do anything about it. Do not ruin ur vacation

If you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend staying here. The walls are extremely thin, and throughout the night there was a constant noise that sounded like a toilet running or pipes filling—almost like sleeping next to a fish tank or a toilet that’s constantly filling. On top of that, the hotel is very close to both the highway and the airport, so there is continuous traffic and aircraft noise as well. It was nonstop and incredibly disruptive. We were there for a tournament, and several other rooms reported the same issue, so it wasn’t isolated to just our stay. The only real positive was the front desk staff member, who was very kind and genuinely tried to help as much as he could.

This hotel was clean and quiet which was great. Cleaning and kitchen staff was helpful and always greeted us with a smile which made my family and I feel welcomed, but the front desk staff needs to be retrained in customer service and cultural competency. I was also alerted by my bank that there was an overcharged on my credit card which I inquired about with the hotel, this turned out to be an error on their part that had to be voided. Overall, we were not satisfied with the service at this hotel, choose another hotel.

Front desk staff in morning…not friendly…offer me muffin mini yogourt apple. Im allergique to apple, give her back in a gentle way….did not offer any things…else. So no breakfast it was included….+ take shuttle.half way to airport turn around to go get other customer who was late for shuttle. So ad to rush for airplane ….why turn around when half way to the airport…made everybody in shuttle arrive 30 minutes later at airport. Decision taken by front desk again! So arrive airport ad to rush… no breakfasts , un pleasant driving because driver wanted to recuperate time l
