Property exceeded our expectations! Staff was very friendly and gave clear instructions for our stay! We had a early flight, and the staff went above and beyond ensuring that we got breakfast to go bags and hot coffee/tea. Shuttle driver was very patient and accommodating. A WOW experience! Parking is outrageous!

We stayed there to Fly out of Montreal. On this website it says parking is 25-30 cad a night. That's only if you are staying there. To park and fly its $50 cad a night. Also, the pool is not finished.

I had to sleep in a very hot room with my kids. Especially the baby.She was crying through the night because the room was hot. I called two times but didn’t get any help. I was told to turn the thermostat off and put it back on and give it time. That didn’t work at all. We were fed the same breakfast for three days straight! Will never book them again!

The hotel was recently opened, so everything was new and clean, which was the biggest positive point about this hotel. But some of their facilities, like the pool, are not open yet, and there is still construction around the area. It's close to the highway, so the rooms facing the highway are not that quiet. Our room was next to the stairs exit, and some kids kept running late at night and were very bothered. Breakfast was so basic, and it took so much time to refill whatever trays were empty. They don't have a dining place you should get your breakfast and find a place in the lobby to sit Thermostats are set to specific temperatures, and you're not able to change them based on the weather. The first night was so cold we had to ask for extra blankets. Overall, if you need to stay somewhere near the airport and need a shuttle to the airport, this would be a good place, but if you are looking for somewhere quiet and pleasant view, you won't get that here. The view is highway and construction.

I did not have a pleasant stay because the mirror in the bathroom was broken. My husband and I were using the flashlight off our phone in the bathroom. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable. You can hear all the traffic by the Roadside even when the wind the windows are closed The breakfast kept finishing we had to wait for like 20 minutes before we could get breakfast. I think the hotel can do better.

Clean hotel! Breakfast buffet is not bad. Although, not sure why do you guys charge the guest $20 for parking overnight, for hotel in downtown I get it and you guys nowhere close to downtown. All in all, it was a decent hotel.

It was not mentioned during the booking process that the parking is paid. I got charged $23 for the parking which was not mentioned beforehand at all. I need a refund of the parking payment as it wasnt prior to booking

A brand new very spacious hotel. We called ahead for a shuttle to pick us up at 1130 pm and they were great! The continental brft was great ! We would stay again ! Coffee was great too!
