Overall, this was a clean hotel in a quiet area of Navarre Beach, which is exactly what we wanted. The night sky was great!! Bed was comfortable. Walls were pretty thin so there was a good bit of noise. Also, balconies didn’t feel private in the same way they do at the hotels that we have stayed at in Pensacola Beach so you could hear the people right next to you. The layout of the king suite also wasn’t what we were expecting. A decent place, but not what we are typically used to.

The hotel is nice. The only thing I dislike are the “meal vouchers” you receive. It’s not an optional charge, so if you don’t want to eat at the hotel oh well waste of $25 per day.

Not worth the price paid.
Room did not have AC. Asked front desk 5 times to send someone to fix or change rooms and told alright but no one ever came. Slept with balcony door open. Room pictured was nothing like actual room. Heated pool was only low 70's and still too cold to use. Waited 15 minutes before able to order milkshake at cafe and coffee at breakfast was horribly bitter.

Overall the stay was great. Beautiful room with view. We did have an issue with the heating in the room. It was unseasonably cold during our stay and we had been using the heat. We came back to our room around 11pm and realized it was extremely cold and system was blowing cold air. It also would not shut off. There was only one young woman working the front desk and this was on New Years Eve! She was clearly overwhelmed and needed additional help. She offered to move us to another room as no one was there to look at unit. We declined but she did offer us extra blankets. It was a very cold night! Other than that no real issues- would have been nice to know hours of coffee shop on premises but still overall a great stay and would stay again.

Doesn't live up to the hype.
Thin walls the neighbors in room 427 were so loud on our last nights stay they woke us up twice, multiple pets on the property that did not appear to be service animals even though the pet policy is no pets allowed except for service animals and honestly the floors in the room and bathroom needs to be scrubbed better, you could feel and see dirt and dust on them. The breakfast was very good and the lager shower was nice but for us that was the only highlights.
