The location is amazing! Walking distance from the famous Astoria Park, Steinway Street, and Broadway. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, and delis within walking distance.

Great and beautiful stay!

It was a nice little apartment and location.Parking got me a little jumbled. But it was okay. Street parking wasnโ€™t terrible.Everythingโ€™s very easily accessible in the area.Great place to stay !

To early for Business. Apartment not finished interior. No dresses for the bedrooms no amenities. Construction noise first thing in the morning. No Bath Soap Location is good. Overall it will be nice when the work is finished.

Beautifully renovated property in LIC/Astoria. Be prepared to walk to the Subway and Attractions, but otherwise excellent. If youโ€™re not familiar with the area, this place may not be for you- the neighborhood is partway through the gentrification process.

Not at all what we had hoped or expected

We were quite disappointed with this stayCons: For starters the address listed in VRBO was inaccurate. After we reserved the place and got the new address, I immediately checked on G oogle maps and contacted host and shared my concern with the exterior of home and boarded up windows. I asked the square footage of apartment and was told they didn't know. It was quite small. I would have preferred a hotel suite. I also asked how far from JFK and was told 20-25 minutes. We arrived on off peak times and it was still 50 minutes and 80 dollars. We then tried to go into city. Host has it listed as 15 minutes to Manhattan. The quickest routebafyerb4!days of travelling back and forth was 32 minutes and that's after a 10 minute walk to a train. There was also two centipede type bugs found in apartment. Have photos. Pros: nice beds, plenty of towels, nice bathroom, nice flooring and lighting.
