This hotel was decent for the price, especially in Times Square. The rooms are incredibly small with minimal counter space, but that is just about all nyc hotel rooms. The property was clean and the staff was nice and welcoming, the area around the property is busy and loud but it didn’t bother us. The hotel does not offer parking but there is a parking garage next door that offers $50/24 hour parking. There are also hidden fees to look out for (urban fee, resort fee, etc). Overall not a bad place to stay but next time I would probably stay further out of Times Square.

The pictures did not match the room we received. We asked not ti be disturbed and room service still came in while gone. We kept being charged for several different amounts holding up funds in my account. The location is decent.
