The room was clean but the tv was not working and the walls are thinner than thin so, you hear everything. The staff are nice but they harass you to leave 1-2 hours before checkout. They kept knocking and trying to come in the room when it wasn’t even close to check out time. They did it 4 times and I do not understand why. I wouldn’t book again at this location.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the beds aren't the best, a bit soft. The staff are very friendly and all willing to help. Keep in mind that they only offer breakfast, which is very good; the buffet has everything you could want. There's a cafeteria, but it doesn't offer much. It's close to many restaurants and Times Square. Overall, it's good; I recommend it.

Room 2514, you need to replace the TV. The top 3 inches or so malfunction. The room darkening shades on the east windows do not overlap properly so therefore lots of light comes in during the mornings. Lastly, you get a little scotched in the shower every time someone else flushes a toilet in another room. Other than that, it was great.

Great hotel, our room was warm and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was quite busy considering it was January but they were very organised. The breakfast selection was wonderful. Would recommend this hotel.
