The rooms were clean and very nice, on the smaller side with no view (brick wall next door), but very clean and comfortable. The staff were courteous. This little hotel is nestled into Koreatown, with amazing restaurants all around. You can get discount coupons for many of them from the front desk. The hotel continental breakfast was nice, as was the Udon restaurant right next door to the hotel lobby that served delicious food and had great service. A subway stop entrance right on the corner made it easy to get just about anywhere. And, the price was right!

Room was clean and location was convenient. Staff were disinterested and more concerned with their cell phones than the guests. A doorman literally standing by the front door on his phone while we struggle with the heavy door and our shopping bags. Seriously!!!

The room was comfortable enough and a decent price. The area made everything easily accessible. Not recommended for anyone sensitive to sound, as you are always hearing the street, and the gaps under the doors don’t insulate the sounds of the hallway.

The staff was really great! Everyone was super helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect for what I wanted and to explore New York. The room was also very nice. The food for breakfast left a lot to be desired but the staff during breakfast was exceptional.

We had two rooms as a party of four. One room was perfect, the other room the heating didnt work and the shower was freezing. Breakfast was simple but buffet style so can have as much as you like and fill up for the day. Location was perfect for visiting all the main tourist sites. Staff friendly and welcoming.

Overall a very good stay, with breakfast and water provided, nothing more to complaint about. Staff are all friendly and made us feel welcoming. Only downside was because of the age of the building, with only one elevator, but not bothering me so much.

The water in the shower took 3-5 minutes to warm up. The water was a little brown for showers 1 and 2 all of which I let mgmt know about. There were also clumps of dried hair on the shower walls while I was taking my first shower. The location is central, but the windows are paper-thin. I heard every noise from the street ALL night long.
