The staff members were nice and friendly. When we arrived with an early flight they didn’t have any rooms available to do early check in but they did have an option whereas they keep your bags so you can explore the city until time to check in. However, at around 2ish we came back and they had a room ready along with a free upgrade. The luggage man, front staff, and housekeeping were great and helpful! The only downside was the room carpets need to be cleaned but it wasn’t too bad just kept my shoes on. The shower water was extra hot which was amazing. I can go on on but the stay was a 10/10.

Temperature in the room was too varied. The termostat is not in an optimal place. It got too cold an hot during the night. The elevators are too small and are often full when needed.

Room is cheap. Bed is cheap no internet on the tv. Only reason why its even 2 stars was, the front desk early am check out on 1/19/26 was very helpful and friendly and the guy helping the bags storage. Checkin is a hustle took 30 mins for check in with 1 guy ahead of me. Another thing is the elevator so narrow it can only fit 2 check in and 2 carry with 2 people. No microwave, shower drainage is awful. Too many to mention. The only good thing facility wise is the lobby.

Beds were cheap metal frames that squeaked at every movement. The sink had large cracks developing. The shower area had bad water stains and just did not look inviting at all. The TV did not work. And they said sorry it can't be fixed, enjoy your night. Not a great experience.

Temperaturss was great Cleanliness was ok, yiy have turbover is high so theres a little bit of grime & dirt from previous patrons My huge beef is the Hotels.com ad says "free self-park" when you check in and pay your deposit then youre told by the front desk parking is 3 blocks aways at $40usd sedan/$50usd suv vans per night I have yet to be refunded by hotels.com
