The property location is excellent. The only thing I will want them to pay attention to is the headboard.The one in the room my spouse and I occupied for this weekend. It’s old and the leather needs to be reupholstered or replaced with a new headboard. Besides the above. Everything else is copacetic.

Solid, consistent and a good value!

Excellent hotel. Solid staff. Great convenient and safe location. A really good value in NYC. Rooms are very comfortable, bright and happy. I have stayed there a few times for several days and it was consistently good over the past few years. Keep up the good work!

Our room was clean and comfortable, the staff was helpful, and the hotel was very conveniently located close to Broadway, MOMA, Times Square, and other attractions. I would gladly stay here again.

The Berkshire Suite was large and comfortable and quiet in the back of the hotel. Very comfortable. Superb location. Restaurant could use some attention but good food. Most staff were very pleasant. Agree there should be a fridge and coffeemaker in every room for the four star rating and price. Would stay here again for the quality of the room and location.
