A/c in room didn’t work but thankfully the window opened, so I was able to get cool air. No minibar in room. Otherwise, it was very clean with plenty of space, a big comfy bed, lots of pillows and puffy comforter.

The first two rooms they gave us were not ready, had trash in one and the other looked like someone is still living there. The second set of rooms they gave us, one of them still had urine stain all over the toilet. Just disgusting. The Wi-Fi did not work, could not connect to the tv for chromecast after spending close to 2 hours on the phone with tech support. Then the cherry on top, the elevator had an issue and had this constant ringing noise like alarm bells at your middle school, up til about 11:45 pm at night.
