Very low-frills facility, no real amenities to speak of, but it is convenient and located close to public transit, convenient to LGA. I found it to be a bit noisy, even on the third floor, what with the Queensborough Bridge traffic, the 7 train and the nearby railyard. Fit my needs well enough as a solo traveler. There's a little convenience store around the corner -- handy, but rather high-priced.
