The rooms were beautiful, not all staff were as nice as Jefferey our Concierge. He was fabulous. Disappointed in the food both in the restaurant & room service, was quite average compared to other hotels we stayed at.

It was great until there was a gas leak and it smelled like someone gasoline soaked the room. I asked. I was dismissed. Then they were all sitting in full winter gear with the doors open in the lobby. They said they were taking care of it. I complained multiple times after. Nope. I was sick to my stomach and light headed. The front desk told me to open a window , they also had to deal with it. I left. I called 311, I sent a compliant to Expedia, my credit card and their corporate management. When I got home some of my clothes still stunk of gas. I’m still waiting to see if they’ll refund me the days I didn’t stay. I would’ve rated this better if they would’ve transferred/ refunded me.

This is s great place to stay! The room (actually an apartment) was spotless and very comfortable. Wifi worked impeccably and the front desk staff were outstanding. Big plus, very cool bar on the 26th floor.

Overall, we were extremely satisfied w the 2bedroom suite at the Beekman tower. It was spacious - with two big bedrooms, each w their own baths, plus a 3rd half bath, large living room and dining area. The views are AMAZING. Truly perfect EXCEPT it was one floor below the bar which was very loud up until closing @ 2am. We would request a lower floor next time. Check in was easy, the various extras: gym and laundry a bonus. One other recommendation would be to add a couple rugs in the living area to warm it up. We overlooked the faux wood stick on covering was peeling off in the kitchen because everything else offered: plates, glasses, bowls etc were so nice!

We were in town for Thanksgiving and the Beckman towers had everything we needed. The space was plenty for a party of 4. We felt like we were right at home. The staff was always pleasant. I would definitely recommend the Beekman towers!

I had a wonderful stay at Beekman Tower. Our apartment was clean, tidy and had all the essentials we needed. The receptionists were all chatty and friendly and they really made me feel welcomed each time I came back from a day out. The Ophelia Bar on the 26th Floor is a must go to if you are staying here. Again, wonderful and helpful staff. Location is great if you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of central New York, but isnt too far from everything either. Id encourage anyone to book this historic hotel over any of the bigger chain hotels anyday. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I had a great experience at the hotel in 1993.Does it have new owners? The night we checked in the desk clerk was rude.We’re our 80s and no one helped us drag our luggage up steps.Maid service non existent.TV in the bedrooms hard to work.Oven didn’t work.Brown water from showers.Other Wyndham hotels are excellent not this one.

The apartment is very clean and nice. I booked this hotel because of the apartment style (kitchen specifically) worked for my elder parents. The front desk staff are very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.
