Great location for subway & lower east side. Few amenities, but plenty for me. Very pleasant staff. Nice hotel-quality bed. Plenty of hot water. Refrigerator, no microwave. Bathroom toiletries provided. Tea, not coffee.

No very clean, area around the building is dirty, the beds were not made or trash picked up. Location is good

The location is cool, right near the Grand St subway stop. It’s close to Little Italy, Nolita and is right in Chinatown. The property itself leaves a lot to be desired but isn’t terrible

Infested with Bed Bugs. We left at 1am in the morning and found a new hotel. Horrible experience.

Small/cheap.

Room was clean but small. Bad lighting and no tv ( direct tv was not working ). You get what you pay for.

NICE ROOM

Pros: THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND ATTENTIVE
Cons: CABLE TV
Location: IN CHINA TOWN, LOTS OF MARKETS AND STORES.
THE ROOM WAS NICE AND CLEAN, HOWEVER THERE WERE ONLY TWO TV CHANNELS AND THE ICE MACHINE WAS BROKEN.

OK value, internet was not working well

Pros: Close to Metro
Cons: Lots of hair left in the bathroom from the previous guests.
It was fine for sleeping. Internet was almost impossible to use. TV has 10 obscure channels: ABC was the only network. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom could be cleaner. Well, this was the cheapest hotel in Manhattan that I could find during the US Open.

Very friendly staff

Location: Magic Hat Brewery and VT Teddy Near are very close and all the activities in Burlington are about 15 minutes. Ben & Jerry's factory about 40 minutes.
We were looking for something close to Burlington for a long weekend. The staff is amazingly friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing that bothered us even a little was the water-saving shower head didn't have much spray at all. Kreuig coffee maker in the room with Vermont Blend coffee, too!
