Check-in was easy and fast. Very friendly woman helped me. The room was lovely so was the surrounding area. Just steps outside my door was a farmers market, a place for a bit of food and smoothies and just lovely picture opportunities. The only thing that wasn’t great was the shower head in the room. It wasn’t functioning properly. Lots of free parking

The location is close to restaurants, to Niagara University and the music facilities. The room was clean and beds comfortable however other features are dated. The air conditioning/ heating unit worked but was very noisy. Spoke to manager before leaving so they would be aware of issue. Parking maybe limited but safe.

This is a terrible hotel. No AC in hallways and AC was off in our room when we came in and it a 95 degree day. Took an hour to cool down. The carpets had a musty smell. Safety concerns as no smoke alarms or smoke detectors in room or hallway. We were on second floor and the outside door to get to the second floor was open all the time. No FOB system for those doors.,overpriced for the state of the place. Considering calling fire officials to report them
