The housekeeping was kind and nice. He's name is Dustin, they call him as Dee. The tv was working well and it's just walking distance to fallsview casino. I will definitely come back again

I booked two rooms and both rooms had alot of dirty around the covers and towels look clean but everything else not clean and both rooms smell cigarettes not there again.

I wish I could submit few picture! Old and dirty!! Seems this place runs by family member, the guy who was in the office was rude and careless and wouldn’t respond to me but the next morning the lady with a gray hair was in the office and was nice. Oh by the way office was full of junk and unorganized The room has a bad Oder and the mirror and tub was dirty parking fee was $15 ! But Why???

Worst experience in my whole life. Feared for my life staying here. Blood stains in the sheets, clogged toilet, dirty carpets, broken AC unit. The place should be shut down.

Lobby was a mess. We climbed 3 flights of stairs to our room, only to find an ashtray full of cigarette butts outside our door. Room was ok, but all we could hear was the next door Tim Hortons drive thru taking orders all night. There was junkies shooting up near the parking lot.

Some of the staff were friendly enough, but they didn’t come in and make your bed or tidy up the room. They basically replaced your towels and emptied the one tiny little garbage can that they provided. They didn’t remove other garbage that wasn’t able to fit into that garbage can. Also, there were several things in the room that should be repaired, i.e. Bathroom fan did not work and it was stuffed with insulation and cobwebs; bathroom sink would not drain the way it should so it was always up to me to clean the sink; TV was a struggle because it kept losing its signal so you had to get up and change the TV back to HDMI. Limited viewing, limited viewable channels, most channels needed subscription or were French; bedspreads were old and looked dirty upon arrival; chairs also looked very used and somewhat dirty; there were cobwebs in the corners of the room; the insulation of the wall air conditioner was in need of maintenance; the door to the room did not fit properly and you could see light coming into the room from outside; the two chairs sitting area outside of the room was a wasp heaven, we reported the issue because we couldn’t enjoy sitting there for long because wasps were constantly swarming, and it looked like someone had plugged the crack that they wanted to go into with a tissue. No one came to check or fix this matter before we left; we were unable to open our window in the room to get fresh air, the crank to open the window was broken. The room was very dated.

First we got a room that was a pig stye.ripped curtains our door trimfell off soon as opened the door shower head leaked and some dont have cabl tv or anything and no microwaves in rooms. I will never go back there again. Had to pay extra for parking while there. No security, no protection of vehicles as the owner allows people to hit other vehicles and leave without informing the customers nor the police.
