"We booked a city view and we still had a nice view of the fall and fireworks out our window on the 11th floor. Clean well maintained and friendly staff, walk to the falls several times through the enclosed cat walk across the street. Easy access to restaurants on the property and across the street"

"All the staff was very helpful with answers to questions. Hotel lobby and room very clean and updated. The room was a comfortable size. We had an excellent view of both falls. We were able to watch the fireworks every night from our room. We chose to eat the buffet breakfast at the hotel. There were many choices and some unexpected on a breakfast bar such as roasted chicken, vegetables, etc. My husband really liked the young woman who made the omelettes. She was very upbeat and friendly and the omelettes were delicious. We did the dinner buffet one night. Again many choices. My favorite was the shrimp fried rice. It wasn’t like any shrimp fried rice I have previously had. The hotel is right in the heart of everything, making it very convenient. We did not park at the hotel due to the cost. We parked around the corner on Bender for a much cheaper price. If back in Canada would definitely stay at the Sheraton again."

"Leah was perfect ! She was helpful for many reasons that we had. The room was very clean and the B&B was in a nice neighborhood that you could walk to local restaurants. The only drawback was the included breakfast. Limited menu items and would have liked to have scrambled eggs and warm oatmeal options. Did not get to try chef dinner offered 3nights so cannot comment. Would return in future for another visit."
