Welcome to Tradewinds #906! A great complex in the perfect location! Walk to Adventure Island, Big Daddy's Arcade, Souvenir City, and many close by restaurants. Tradewinds amenities include a heated indoor/outdoor pool and a private boardwalk to the beach directly in front of the complex. Got a large group and need more space? This owner also has another home here with the same floor plan in this complex, #1106, that can accommodate up to 8 more persons! Or, we have a smaller 1 bedroom, 2 bath, with hall bunks #108, that can sleep up to 6. Just ask us!

This adorable 2 bedroom, 2 bath, cozy condo supplies enough beds for the whole family! Starting with a Plush King Size mattress in the Master Bedroom, a Queen Size Bed Plus a Twin over Twin Bunk Bed in the Guest Bedroom, and custom-made couches in the Living Room that converts to two (2) Twin Size Beds, you can bring ALL the kiddos! Attached to the Primary Bedroom and hall is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The Guest Bedroom contains a private, attached full bath as well with a shower/tub combo. This home has over 900 square feet and boasts all updated furnishings with enough seating for everyone when dining or just relaxing anywhere in the home. You will enjoy your coffee made from the provided Keurig Coffee Machine on the balcony as you view the beach facing west, which is also perfect for Sunsets!

*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.

*All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.

Great place to stay

We loved the ease of booking and checking in. The walk to the beach was so quick. The king bed and the two twin sofas were soooo comfortable, but the beds in the bunk room weren’t as comfy. The dryer also was not working which was a bummer, but they sent maintenance out the day after I messaged them about it. Overall great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The description of the condo wasn’t accurate. It states “Adorable! Beach Front Complex!” The condo is not beach front. We had a beach view. Also, the seating arrangement was strange. The twin beds put together in an L shape was a little difficult. I’m short and wasn’t able to sit comfortably with my feet on the floor.

Would Definitely Stay Here Again...

Description of the listing is spot-on. Excellent beach access and good location to restaurants and things to do. Check-in was easy and there is always ample parking on-site. Carts are provided for hauling luggage and gear up to the unit. When we first arrived we thought the unit was "dirty" because there was a lot of sand on the floor. But we quickly realized after a few trips to & from the beach that it's impossible to keep out and I'm sure hard to clean well between guests. We used the vacuum in the unit a couple of times during our trip for quick clean-ups of sand. All the important areas (bathrooms, kitchen, beds) were very clean! Unit was well-stocked with towels, toiletries, cooking supplies, etc. Overall, we would highly recommend this unit! Things to note: expect elevator downtime in building! Otherwise, the place was quiet and everyone was friendly and we had no issues. Also, there are no beach chairs/umbrella/beach toys/equipment supplied with the unit. We brought all our own with us, so we were fine, but just know it isn't provided. Things I would recommend/suggest for unit owner: An indoor/outdoor rug in the front entry for shoes covered with sand or wet from rain would be a HUGE plus! Also, blackout curtains for the sliding glass doors in the living room. Although the sheer curtains look amazing, the person sleeping on the couch/bed in the living room has no privacy and the sun beats right in on them in the mornings.

Fun week

Unit like the pictures. Easy beach access, lots of storage for pantry items plus hooks everywhere for towels. Complex is a bit older and in need of TLC, but the other pluses made up for it.
