Quiet hotel walkable to South Coast Plaza, shopping and restaurants. The hotel itself is small and does not offer many amenities. Nothing to complain about, but nothing really that special, either. Room service staff were very friendly. Front desk staff were just ok.

Very nice staff, just needed to have a few more for the volume of people coming in. The restaurant and bar’s service and food were excellent. I was pretty surprised at the amount of noise that I could hear in the room from the neighbors - I would’ve expected more soundproofing. The beds were very comfortable but there were a few broken elements in the room.

This is our go-to place when we need to be in Orange County. It is quiet, the rooms a very nice, the whole place is very clean, the on-site restaurant is better than most in hotels and you can' beat the location. Walkable to multiple nice restaurants, Sout Coast Plaza and the Arts center.

Nice hotel. Great staff. Great value.
Nice hotel. You can tell it is older. Had some issues with the noise from the ice machine next door and the air conditioning unit. Staff was very accommodating and offered to move us to a different room, but maintenance said the noise from the A/C unit is the same in each room. Good value for the price. Would stay here again. Great location near lots of restaurants.
