Fantastic place to stay
The two bedroom family suite was amazing. We had plenty of room, great views and the price was much better than staying at a Disney hotel. Would highly recommend. The only thing I would like them to change for next time is for them to provide softer bed sheets and king size pillows on the king size beds. The pillows we got were like throw pillows and the sheets were very scratchy.

I’m disappointed in the communication between hote
My check-in was delayed by over an hour, due to the room, not being ready, and most of all them not having the room paid for on their side. The communications between Hotels.com and the resort was not complete.
