The owners were perfectly nice and organized and overall our stay was good. Couple things: I was under the impression there were 3 bathrooms in fact it was picked because there were three listed and not two. I am unsure how that was changed or if it was listed that way earlier in error.
The neighborhood is ok. Daylight it seems very run down - but the home itself if fine. Neighbors homes seem neglected and run down. We were not happy about the "attached guest house" that was not disclosed to us until check in. I would have NOT stayed there had I known prior. It appears as if the garage was converted to a room of some sort and people were staying there at the same time as us.
The home was lovely and very clean with everything we could have needed. However, the pool had a LOT of ants all over and many many ants in the pool as well as on the sides. There needs to be pest control called for the property to address the many ants.
The back patio is lovely and we had a nice stay overall - but if there wasn't four people, we would have been a bit scared to stay alone.
